Qantas Catering Unit

At Brimarco we are very proud of our achievements and one major achievement was the production of a catering unit commissioned by Qantas. Qantas initially approached Brimarco with the specific problem of loading catering goods onto their planes. The task was previously undertaken either by hand or by a conveyor belt system. Although adequate, this system was very time consuming and also very awkward when moving large equipment.

This unit involves the use of very high-tech extension forks. This has enabled Qantas to move large items of equipment and supplies in one easy movement.
